Inquiry forms and email delivery

When you submit an inquiry, your details are processed by Formspree so Seaside Living Group can receive and respond to your request. Formspree may also retain a copy in the private form account. Read Formspree’s privacy policy, opens in a new tab

Guide requests and email preferences

When you request a guide, we collect your name, email address, the guide requested and any phone number you choose to provide. We use this information to handle your request. Include a phone number only if you would like a call about your buying or selling plans.

You may separately choose to receive occasional real estate guides and email updates from Colleen. This choice is optional and is recorded with your request. It is not required to open a guide. Guide requests are processed by Formspree. Flipbooks opened on Compass follow Compass’s privacy practices.

How your inquiry is used

We use the information in your inquiry to respond to your questions and discuss the real estate services you request. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in marketing emails or texts. Your inquiry is not displayed publicly on this website.

Email, website hosting and brokerage service providers may process information involved in delivering and responding to your request. Compass services have their own privacy practices. Read Compass’s privacy policy, opens in a new tab
