Real estate has been the "background noise" of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I spent years shadowing my parents on what seemed like endless searches for the perfect investment property. They had a habit of openly discussing every detail of the process with me—even at a young age—and those early lessons in market value and potential stayed with me through every chapter of my life.
After graduating with a BS in Biology and a successful run in veterinary pharma sales, I spent "more years than I care to admit" as a software developer. That fast-paced world of data processing sharpened my attention to detail and taught me how to solve complex puzzles under pressure—skills that are invaluable when navigating today’s real estate contracts and market data.
In 2013, my wife Colleen and I made the best decision of our lives: we traded the Chicago winters for the sun-drenched shores of Venice. Today, I’ve returned to my real estate roots as a key member of the Seaside Living Group at HomeSmart, led by Colleen.
While we call Venice home, my boots-on-the-ground expertise extends across the entire Suncoast. Whether you are looking in Manatee, Sarasota, or Charlotte County, I bring a "techie" mindset and a true passion for service to every transaction.
